Please note to make payments online using checks you must have a US Dollar bank account. Credit/Debit card processing fees are up to 6 times higher than Check payments, we therefore encourage you to use the Check option if possible.
HOA Fees / Current assessment due is $685.20 per quarter or $228.40 per month.
Please remember that payments must be RECEIVED by:
the 10th day of the month if paying monthly,
the 10th day of the first month in the quarter if paying quarterly
the 10th day of January if paying annually.
