A copy of the Restrictive Covenants is available for download on this website on the Documents page. The items that cause problems most often are:
Dogs MUST be kept on a leash and all dog mess MUST be cleared up.
Garbage bins MUST be kept out of sight of all other lots. This means they must be returned to the garage after garbage collection.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be kept on site overnight unless they are kept in a garage.
Trailers, boats and RV are not allowed to be parked on site unless they are kept in a garage.
