At the November HOA meeting the issue of the broken concrete on the sidwalk outside Lake Wilson Preserve on Old Lake Wilson Road was raised. Following the meeting Polk County was approached and asked to perform the repairs. These have now been completed.
Now that the sidewalk has been repaired, the HOA landscapers will take responsibility for trimming the grass next to the sidewalk all along Old Lake Wilson Road.
